My expertise and field of action: I am Assistant Professor of Law, at present working at Manipal University Jaipur. I was awarded Ph.D. in the year 2018 and I also hold a degree of Master of Laws in Human Rights (LL.M) along with the degree of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law (BA.LL.B Hons.). At present, I am also designated as the Faculty Coordinator for the Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) Cell for the School of Law, Manipal University Jaipur. As a teacher of law, I always endeavor to help students in developing skills related to various ADR mechanism and also to conduct practical training and workshops for the students. I have also been invited in the capacity of tournament judge for NLIU INADR International Law School Mediation Tournament for the past four years (2015-2018). I have a keen interest and orientation towards research and exploring the developing areas of law in the changing social order.
My professional vision as WMO MEMBER: To teach and publicize Mediation and other tools of Alternate Dispute Resolution mechanism. Mediation is one instrument which can be used to resolve serious Intranational as well as International conflicts. As a teacher of law, I always endeavor to promote Mediation and also I would continue to undertake research in the given area.
