To my understanding, the aforementioned statement enhances the power of one\'s growth and upbringing if they forego prejudice and preconceived ideas and have moral and intellectual ideas weighing on their minds. This is a very important and overlooked aspect of a mediator since one must always be impartial and always walk into the room of resolution without any engrained ideas in mind. This will allow for a much creative resolution and an easy settlement.

Dear Sneha,

the idea is to be impartial, but if you look at the settings where mediation often takes place, you will see that neutrality is not always given.
