Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer and conclude a contract with WMO online, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception applies or the right has lawfully expired.

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded, unless a different statutory starting point applies to the specific contract.

How to Exercise the Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, by email or letter).

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal, subject to applicable statutory rules. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Where you expressly requested that a service begin during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the services supplied up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, if the statutory conditions are met.

Digital Content and Digital Services
The withdrawal rules for digital content supplied without a tangible medium and for ongoing digital services are not identical. A right of withdrawal may expire early for digital content only where the statutory requirements are met, including the consumer’s express prior consent to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost upon commencement, and confirmation of the contract on a durable medium. Any applicable statutory conditions for digital services must also be observed. A blanket exclusion of withdrawal rights does not apply.
