The Five Movements
The manual has five chapters, and the Extended Training turns each one into a movement: Mindfulness in Mediation, Applied Mediation, Understanding Conflict, Crisis Communication, and Critical Thinking. Each movement opens with a short film in which the founder introduces that chapter’s deepening: what it is for, where it came from, and what to watch for while reading. Then comes the deepening itself, around thirty pages written for this training and published nowhere else, taking the chapter into the field it points at. You read, you work the chapter’s own exercises, and you keep your Training Diary next to it, privately. Then you write: one academic reflection of at least two pages on that chapter’s question, and you submit it.
And here is the difference that costs EUR 2,900 and is worth more: every reflection you submit, all five, receives individual written feedback from the WMO practice. Not a grade, not a checkmark, a close written answer to your own thinking. The next movement opens the moment you submit, so you are never waiting on us, and our answer reaches you while you are already reading on.
The Article · The Examination · The Record
The article. After the fifth movement, your reflections converge into one piece of real research: an article on a conflict you know from the inside, developed with two rounds of editorial feedback and submitted to the Conflict Insight Journal’s peer review. Publication is never guaranteed, because peer review is real here. But you finish with a serious manuscript and a submission on the record, and if it passes, your work stands permanently on the Regions of the world.
The examination. The WMO Mediator title comes from the same 70 question examination every graduate passes, taken in your study area, untimed, when you are ready. The Extended Training does not replace it. It builds beneath it.
The record. Your entry in the Mediators Directory carries the road line Online and Extended, and, where your article passes peer review, the article itself stands linked beneath your name. One title for everyone. The record shows what you carried to earn it.
The ending. No download link ends this training. It ends with a personalized letter from the founder on your work, and the Extended Training Certificate naming the topic of your article, both issued seven days after completion, once your capstone has been read in full, because an ending like this should be written, not generated.
The year after. Completion carries a gifted first year at the Mediator engagement level, so the profile you begin building here remains yours as the work continues.
For Groups and Organizations
Organizations do not need a separate product here, because there is none. A group that wants its people formed books this training: either as individual entries, or as a named group of its own through the Institutional Fellow level. Same movements, same written feedback, same standard, delivered entirely by the house. We do not send trainers, and we do not train trainers. The room is here.
